Shipping Policy

Orders placed with House of Meraki are processed with care before dispatch.

Estimated processing time is 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated during a collection launch, early access drop, or high-volume period.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

India: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery estimates are guidelines and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. House of Meraki is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

If your package appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us at 1houseofmera.ki@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist you.

House of Meraki is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier that are subsequently lost or stolen, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the courier investigation.
