Refund & Exchange Policy

Every House of Meraki piece is produced with care and in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection.

We do, however, offer size exchanges to help ensure you get the right fit.

Size Exchanges

If your item does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a size exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • The item must be free from stains, fragrance, damage, alterations, or any other signs of wear.

  • Proof of purchase or a valid House of Meraki order number must be provided.

All size exchanges are subject to stock availability. As our collections are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that your requested replacement size will be available.

If the requested size is unavailable, we are not obligated to provide a refund solely due to the unavailability of an alternative size.

To request a size exchange, contact us at 1houseofmera.ki@gmail.com with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

Please do not send an item back before your exchange request has been approved.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with voluntary size exchanges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

House of Meraki will cover appropriate shipping costs where we have sent an incorrect item or where an item is verified to have arrived defective or damaged.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us at 1houseofmera.ki@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the condition of the item.

Once reviewed and verified, House of Meraki will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund where required.

Returns & Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, House of Meraki does not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Items that have been washed or altered

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Items without their original tags or packaging

Any approved refund required due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

International Orders

Our exchange policy also applies to eligible international orders.

Customers are responsible for international exchange shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges associated with a voluntary size exchange, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customs duties, taxes, and other charges paid directly to government authorities or third parties are generally not refundable by House of Meraki.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
